We reserve the right to change our Terms & Conditions without prior notice and suggest that you check them before making any orders.
Ordering Policy
1. By ordering, you (the customer) have read, understood and fully agree to any and all of the terms & conditions listed on this page.
2. Orders can be made by phone, email or via sms.
3. Please order:
(a) 1 week (7 days) in advance for cupcakes /or cheese cakes /or brownies /or macarons /or decorated cookies
(b) 2 week (14 days) in advance for novelty cakes
(c) 3 months in advance for wedding order; or
(d) anytime earlier than 3 months
4. In case of an urgent order, kindly give us a call to inquire and we will see if we can accept your order. Please take note that a surcharge of RM 10 is applicable for orders made within 24 hours.
5. All orders must be complete as according to the Order Form and Codes.
6. All orders are only complete after full payment or a 50% non-refundable deposit has been made and received.
7. We do not guarantee that orders will be accepted especially when we are fully booked. Please be advised that all orders cannot be refunded, transferred and/or exchanged.
Pricing Policy
1. All starting price for cupcakes refers to cupcakes with frosting but excludes fondant toppers, delivery charges and may vary depending on customization and/or packaging.
3. We reserve all rights to change any and all prices at anytime without prior notice.
Promotion and/or Discounts
1. We reserve all rights to change and/or modify any discount rate(s) (%) without prior notice.
2. Types and/or quantity of any promotional gift(s) are only valid while stock last or may be replaced with other gift(s) when we feel it necessary.
Customization Policy
1. Any customizations as to colour or message are FREE of charge.
2. Other customizations may be subjected to additional charges if necessary.
3. Customizations of any kind are subject to our approval and we reserve the right to advice.
4. Any changes or addition as to flavours, designs, and/or customizations may be subjected to additional charges if necessary, eg: where additional fondant icing is used for example, or where additional services are requested.
5. We believe that you, our dear customers should have freedom to customize and personalize your cakes and/or cupcakes and hence we will try our best as according to whatever designs requested by you. Our policy may include accepting requests made by customers to us, requesting us to make certain designs which may or may not have already been done by others. However, in this practice: (a) we only accept photographs (digital and/or non-digital) supplied by the customer, and (b) we only intend to fulfill our customer's request, and (c) we in any way howsoever DO NOT intend to infringe any copyrights, and (d) we DO NOT intend to copy designs done by others, and (c) we will give credits whenever there is a need to do so.
6. We will do our best but we do NOT guarantee the outcome or quality of any customization.
Payment
1. All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be made payable in cash by meeting face to face or by bank transfer.
2. Upon delivery and after you (the customer) and/or any of your agent(s), or the recipient have received, checked and confirmed, then the balance must be made payable ONLY in cash and on the spot. This act of paying the balance is an act which indicates and expresses that the goods are received and are correct. (Applies to section 2 & 3 of Liability Policy below)

2. For orders made within 24 hours, your cupcakes will only be delivered to Tabuan Stutong after 5:30 pm on the following day.
3. For delivery areas not listed above, kindly contact us for arrangements.
Liability
1. Lovey Dovey Cupcakes strive to deliver the best services to you (the customer) and will do its best to ensure that your cupcakes arrive safely. However, please understand that some things are beyond our control and therefore, Lovey Dovey Cupcakes, its owners, operators and employees shall not be liable in case of late or non delivery due to the following circumstances:
(a) power failure or breakdown in machinery; or
(b) acts of God/Nature such as flood or any other acts of God/Nature not listed here or heavy traffic caused by accident; or
(c) the person who placed the order supplied us with an incorrect address; or
(d) a change of the place of collection either requested by the recipient or due to a re-route caused by the incorrect address supplied; or
(e) the recipient did not supply us with their contact number or an invalid number was given or there is no answer when we call.
2. Once the cupcakes and/or any other goods/products we offer have been received, checked and confirmed by you (the customer) and/or any of your agent(s), or the recipient AND accompanied by the payment of any balance (the above Payment Policy s.2 apply), Lovey Dovey Cupcakes, its owners, operators and employees shall NOT be held liable for any damage or loss howsoever caused, hotel and other services over which it has no control, occurring in this country, destination or through passage, or through the acts or default of any company or persons engaged in conveying or in carrying out the arrangements of your events. Any and all such losses or additional expenses shall be your (the customer)'s sole responsibility. (This section also applies to section 3 below)
3. Section 2 of "Liability", also applies where goods, once delivered, received, checked and confirmed by you (the customer) and/or any of your agent(s), or the recipient and acknowledged by the act of paying the balance, and later left the said goods in the venue or to a third party (usually the party in charge of the event or venue). In such a case, Lovey Dovey Cupcakes, its owners, operators and employees assumes NO responsibility of ensuring the safety of the cupcakes, cakes and/or any other product we offer.
4. Any requests for refund will NOT be entertained.
