3. Do you deliver and is there any charge?
Yes we deliver to various locations. For delivery areas and rates, kindly refer to our "Terms & Condition" page, under the "Delivery or Pick up Policy".
4. You don’t sell per KG? How does your pricing system work then?
"Custom cakes and cupcakes are edible works of art that require skill and artistry, and can take days to complete”. Our pricing is based on the theory that “the cost of the cake or cupcake lies not only in the ingredients, but also in the labor invested”.
We do not price our fondant decorated cakes based on the conventional kilogram method but rather, they are priced according to the size of cake to suit your needs. Prices may differ according to the size of your cake, complexity of design, and if any, delivery charges, special packaging or other additional services requested. After all these have been confirmed, then only will the final quotation be given.
*If you have a fixed budget, kindly inform us so we might be able to come up with a project that suit your budget.
5. Can I have some discount?
- Each individual cupcake /or cake is given equal attention to its artistry work and labour invested and hence, prices cannot be lowered simply because of higher quantity ordered.
Friendly speaking, try getting a discount (as a non-member) from TAKA Cake House, MITA Cake House or even Secret Recipe when odering just about a dozen cakes or cupcakes or other products. If you manage to get a discount, we are more than happy to give you some too. =) Discounts will be considered when orders exceed 800 pieces of standard size cupcakes, depending on complexity of design.
6. Why is’nt the “red” RED? /or Why is’nt the “black” BLACK?
Coloring may result in different shades or contrast. Any color outcome depends on a few major factors: coloring agent used (liquid base or gel or powdered), the matter to be colored (fondant or fresh cream or butter cream, etc), and the amount of coloring agent used. It is not advisable to use large quantity of coloring agents escpecially dark ones (like red, brown and black), unless you don’t mind leaving yourself or guest with colorfull teeth and nasty taste!
7. Why is your fondant sooooo sweeet?!!
About fondant:
“Fondant is a thick, creamy white sugar mass used in different forms for decorating cakes and cookies with; it can be rolled and draped over a cake, poured as a glaze or sculpted with. Fondant is also the basis of many candies -- it is the center of a piece of a chocolate buttercream candy or pecan logs. It can also be used as a thick creamy, sugary filling that gushes out of a chocolate-covered cherry when bitten into. Fondant originates from the word "fondre" which means to melt named so because it melts in your mouth when eaten.”

8. Why do you have the same pricing as me?!!
I don’t suppose Colonel Sanders would be mad if Mc Donalds have similar packages or pricing as KFC, or would he? It's surprising to find certain individuals who are ignorant enough to actually alleged that we "stole" their pricing. Well, actually in marketing, this is call Competitive Pricing.
